USAID Social and Behavior Change Activity (SBCA) is dedicated to improving health outcomes by addressing social determinants and transforming behaviors across diverse communities. Working closely with the Ministry of Health (MoH), districts, and implementing partners (IPs), SBCA has adapted and developed relevant SBC strategies to foster sustainable change and build resilient communities. Through human-centered design and community-driven approaches, SBCA addresses key health issues like HIV, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Maternal and Child Health (MCH), Family Planning (FP), Malaria, WASH, Global Health Security, and disease prevention, empowering communities to lead lasting improvements.
